Superior Vena Cava: Delivers low-oxygen blood from the body into the right atrium. Right Atrium: Passes blood from superior vena cava to the right ventricle. Right Ventricle: Pumps blood through the pulmonary artery/trunk to the lungs. Left Atrium: Receives oxygenated blood from the lungs and passes it to the left ventricle. Left Venrticle: Contracts, forcing blood into the aorta, and out to the rest of the body.
