  • Electronic Beam Tomography (EBT)

    Overview:
Electronic beam tomography (EBT) is a superfast CT scan.

    Detailed Information:
EBT measures the amount of calcium in your coronary arteries. The higher the score, the more likely your doctor is to recommend further testing for a heart problem. EBT is just like a CT scan, but with a faster shutter speed, which allows medical specialists to see pictures of the beating heart. The EBT test lasts only a few minutes.
