heart attack at bage 35!

I am a 35 year old living abroad, 3 months ago I felt pain in back and arm. After 2 days I was admited in the hospital with heart attack. In the angiogram they found 2 arteries 100% closed. I had angioplasty and they put me 2 stents. I was a smoker of 2 packs a day, had cholesterol of 240 since I was 18 yo, I was inactive. My only family history is a first cousin with heart attack at age 40, he was aslo a smoker. I have done all the necessary changes but I am still scared and propably depressed. Anybody with similar problem at young age?
